We have several choices for you:

  1. Individual Health Insurance is available with our Avera MyPlan.
  2. Medicare Supplement Health Insurance is available through Avera SELECT.
  3. Group Health Insurance for Employers, Avera Benefit Solutions.

Avera Benefit Solutions provides employer groups of two or more benefit eligible employees with the flexibility to choose benefits most important to you and to put together a package that fits your company’s needs. 

A quoting model is available to provide employers the flexibility to choose benefits that are affordable and essential to the group. These plans allow you to select between the following options:

  • Deductibles
  • Coinsurance
  • Out-of-Pocket Maximums
  • Physician Office Visit (deductible vs. co-pay)
  • Physician Office Visit Co-pay: Primary Care/Specialist
  • Wellness Office Visit (deductible vs. co-pay)
  • Chiropractic Office Visit (deductible vs. co-pay)
  • Pharmacy Plan Variations (including deductible)
  • Emergency Room Coverage (deductible, co-pay, access fee)
  • Outpatient Mental Health (co-pay vs. deductible and coinsurance)

The following is also available with group health insurance:

  • Family Planning Coverage
  • Vision
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

NOTE: COBRA Administration is included in the price of the package.
