ASI/SEBA Baseball Academy - 2010 - 2011
This is a three-phase player development program aimed at Sioux Falls VFW and Legion Baseball Players.
- Phase 1—October through January
- Phase 2—February through March
- Phase 3—April through July
Can’t make all three phases? Join one or two or make any combination!
All phases include:
- Hitting
- Throwing
- Field work
- Sport-specific speed, agility and strength training sessions
- Cost for all three phases is $300 or $125 for individual phases
