Welcome to the Dougherty Hospice House
The Dougherty Hospice House is not just a place. It is a concept of care designed to provide comfort and support to patients and their families when they no longer respond to cure-oriented treatments.
The main goal of the Dougherty Hospice House is to improve the quality of a patient’s end-of-life journey offering comfort and dignity from an interdisciplinary team of specially trained professionals and volunteers.
Something Special
On September 3, 2011, Darla Jacobson, a young mother and wife, passed away from cancer at the Dougherty Hospice House. Because of gifts from friends like you, compassionate hospice care is available to support families like Darla’s in times of need. Read Darla’s story »
