Influenza Vaccination Clinics 2011

  The CDC is recommending all persons over 6 months of age to be vaccinated.
  The 2011-12 influenza vaccine does contain the H1N1 strain.  You need to get vaccinated annually.

*Appointments are appreciated, but walk-ins are accepted. 
Your insurance will be billed, but a co-pay (if applicable) will be due at the time of vaccination. 
Minors must be accompanied by parent or guardian.
