Position:          EMT (ongoing need)
Status:            On Call
Hours of Duty:  Rotating shifts with weekend and holiday involvement

Performs basic life support service and makes emergency response calls in accordance with the established Minnesota Department of Health Standards. Serves as either patient attendant or driver of the emergency vehicle.

 

Position:          Registered Nurse / Licensed Practical Nurse -
                      Long Term Care
Status:            Casual
Hours of Duty:  Primarily evening shift, every third weekend rotation

Performs nursing care involving direct services for all nursing home residents. Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and be licensed as an RN or LPN in the State of Minnesota. One year of experience in nursing preferred.

 

Position:          Registered Nurse / Licensed Practical Nurse -
                      Long Term Care
Status:            Casual
Hours of Duty:  Day, evening, or night shifts,
                      every third weekend rotation
Performs nursing care involving direct services for all nursing home residents. Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and be licensed as an RN or LPN in the State of Minnesota. One year of experience in nursing preferred.

 

Position:          Registered Nurse / Licensed Practical Nurse -
Status:            Part-time
Hours of Duty:  Primarily evening with some day shifts,
                      every third weekend rotation

Performs nursing care involving direct services for all nursing home residents. Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and be licensed as an RN or LPN in the State of Minnesota. One year of experience in nursing preferred.

 

Position:          Registered Nurse/Clinic Patient Support Specialist
Status:            Temporary - Full-time, grant-funded
Hours of Duty:  Primarily daytime with some evenings and weekends

This position will be responsible for working with primarily low income, elderly, and chronic disease patients identified as needing assistance with managing their medical care. The person in this position will assess and work to assist patients in accessing healthcare resources as determined by their needs. This person will collaborate with the Medical Staff and patients on wellness and assisting patients with chronic disease management. This person will be responsible for policy and procedure development and coordinating Medical Home certification. At least one community wellness event will be coordinated during the funding period. All candidates must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and be licensed as an RN in the State of Minnesota. A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is preferred. One year of experience in nursing preferred. Proficient keyboarding skills are necessary. Knowledge of Word, Excel and/or Crystal Report Writing or other report writing software a plus. Must have ability to prioritize, set gals and work independently to meet expections.

 

Position:          Certified Nursing Assistant - Long Term Care
Status:            Full-time / Part-time / Casual
Hours of Duty:  All shifts - all positions involve weekend
                      and holiday rotation

Performs various patient care activities and related nonprofessional services necessary in caring for the personal needs and comforts of the resident. Must be certified as a Nursing Assistant in the State of Minnesota.

 

Position:          RN / LPN - Home Care / Hospice
Status:            Casual
Hours of Duty:  Primarily 8-hour day time shifts - will require weekend rotation

Performs nursing care involving direct services for all home health and hospice clients. Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and be licensed as an RN or LPN in the State of Minnesota. Must have a valid Minnesota Driver's license. One year of experience in nursing preferred.

 

Position:          Housekeeper
Status:            Part-time
Hours of Duty:  Primarily afternoon shift, Monday through Friday

Responsible for cleaning and servicing of the entire facility. No prior experience or training needed. We will provide on-the-job training.
