Tyler Medical Clinic

Our Tyler Healthcare Center staff offers comprehensive services for every generation, in a warm, professional clinic environment. We also have Outreach Specialty physicians who provide cardiology, gynecology, obstetrics, urology, orthopedics and general surgery.

Sunrise Manor Nursing Home

We provide a secure and highly supportive 38-bed environment where older and disabled adults can achieve the highest level of independence. Our team of healthcare professionals works together to meet the specific needs of each resident.

A.L. Vadheim Memorial Hospital

Our 20-bed acute care facility offers an array of medical, surgical and health services including 24 hour emergency room coverage by physicians and physician assistants along with RNs certified in advance cardiac life support.

Tyler Home Care & Ridgeview Hospice

Tyler Healthcare Center offers a full range of coordinated programs and services designed to meet the unique needs of individuals who choose to continue living at home. Highly trained professionals support patients during illness and recovery. Hospice supports patients and families facing terminal illness.

Rehab & Wellness Center

Our physical, occupational, and speech therapists assist individuals suffering from illness and injuries. We want our patients to regain the highest possible quality of life. Our Wellness Center features the latest in exercise facilities to help in this goal and to keep you fit.

Support Services

We offer grief, caregiver, diabetes and cancer support groups designed to support patients and their families.
