What is a Living Will?

A Living Will is a document which directs the medical treatment you are to receive in the event you are unable to participate in your own medical decisions and you are in a terminal condition.  This document states what kind of treatment you want or do not want to receive.  The document will remain valid and in effect until and unless you make changes or revoke it.
