Avera St. Benedict Health Center in Parkston has been helping Cancer patients though their crisis with chemotherapy since 1982.  Cancer Services available: PET-CT, MRI, CT, Nuclear Medicine Bone Scans, laboratory, Chemotherapy, monthly Oncology outreach clinics with Dr. McHale.

Cancer support programs available:  I Can Cope; Wig and Turban; Transportation to Treatment; Reach to Recovery; Durable Medical Equipment; Local Support Group-time and place by calling Gloria Schoenfelder RN at 928-3311 Ext. 177; annual Cancer Run/Walk every spring; Hospice
