Physicians and physician assistants are available to provide quality care when you need it most.

The emergency nursing staff is certified in Advance Cardiac Life Support (ACLS). In a recent survey, residents of the De Smet area rated response times in Avera De Smet Memorial Hospital's emergency room among the "Best of Class" when compared to other area emergency rooms.
